Furnish and deliver 16,800,000 sheets of VIRGIN white, 8 1/2'' x 11'' long grain, 24 lb. bond paper. Recycled paper will not be accepted. Paper shall be packaged 5,000 sheets per box and placed on skids, 40 boxes per skid. Total requirements will consist of 84 skids with delivery of 7 skids on the first business day of each month, October 1995 through September 1996. Overnight delivery may be required in emergency situations. Prior to contract award, the apparent low bidder shall provide one skid (40 boxes) of paper at Government expense. This paper will be used to test operability with the Xerox 9790 Electronic Laser Printing System and the Standard Register 515 Glue/Sealer machine.
