70 -- GENERAL PURPOSE AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE SUPPLIES AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT SOL DMA800-95-R-8130 POC Contracting Officer, Jean Appel, 301-227-2295, Fax 301-227-2218 The Defense Mapping Agency (DMA) intends to procure on a sole source basis with Storage Technology Corporation (STK) additional Automated Tape Library Systems to include associated peripherals and software. This procurement will complete the configuration of a current STK Automated Tape Library System currently in place at DMA. The equipment to be procured includes Timberline Escon-capable tape cartridge subsystems and the Powderhorn Automated Cartridge System. The new equipment will be delivered to DMA facilities located in St. Louis, Mo. and Reston, Va. with optional deliveries to Bethesda, Md. Procurement will include installation of all equipment. Contractor must provide cleared personnel for on-site activities. This requirement also includes intergration design services for FY96 and four one-year options.
