The USPFO for Kentucky has a requirement to purchase Tank Gunnery Moving Target Carts (TG-MTC). The TG-MTC shall consist of a target carrier and portable controller. The model of cart shall be currently in production. The cart shall be available for delivery within 180 calendar days after award of contract. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification for this acquisition is 3949. Interested SB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as early as possible but no later than 14 days after publication of this notice. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
