65 -- STERILE CUSTOM CARDIO-PERFUSION PACKS SOL IFB635-87-96 DUE 093095 POC Contact Point, Juanita Millsap, (405)270-5119 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is interested in obtaining a drop shipment contract for pre-assembled and sterilized custom cardio-perfusion packs to incude one (1) oxygenator, one (1) hard sh ell venous reservoir (Pall filtered), one (1) tubing packs (stopcock, connector, etc., needed for set up), for the period October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with four (4) option years to renew. A non-sterile sample of the pack is required and should be sent separate from the bid package before bid opening date. An acceptance period of 90 calendar days will be required. Qualified bidders having this capability should request a copy of the solicitation in writing and will be available by August 18, 1995. Bid opening date is September 22, 1995. (0216)
