65 -- STERILE CUSTOM DESIGN ANGIOGRAPHY PACKS SOL IFB635-86-96 DUE 091995 POC Contact Point, Juanita Millsap, (405)270-5119 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is interested in obtaining a drop shipment contract for an estimate of seventy-five (75) sterile custom-design angiography packs to be delivered every fifth of each month and must include twenty-nine (29) components as described in the solicitation package for the period October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with four (4) option years to renew. A non-sterile sample of the pack is required and should be sent separte from the bid package before bid opening date. An acceptance period of 90 calendar days will be required. Qualified bidders having this capability should request a copy of the solicitation in writing. Solicitation package will be available on our about August 18, 1995.
