Requirement is for a Trawl Resistant Bottom Mount to include one instrument housing and one anchor unit. The mount should be designed and constructed using three design goals: simplicity, survivability, and modularity. The subsequent contract will be a three year requirements contract for an estimated quantity of 7 units including spares and training. The solicitation will issue on or about 21 August 1995. The required delivery date is 90 - 120 days after issuance of a delivery order. All responsible sources submitting proposals in accordance with the solicitation will be considered for award.
