Sauceda, Contracting Officer, at (913)239-0463 (Site Code DAKF19) The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment to clean kitchen grease interceptors, grease traps, and scum pits at Fort Riley, Kansas. Cleaning shall consist of pumping out all grease, scum, water and sedimentation; scraping down sides and bottoms of interceptors/pits with flat spade; flushing entire interior with clean water; pumping out all remaining waste and residue. Contractor shall clean up any minor spill around traps/interceptors. Material removed will be hauled to a dump site approved by K.D.H.E. located off Fort Riley. Fort Riley does not operate a Sanitary Landfill. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract for a base plus three (3) option years. Sealed bid will be issued on or about 12 September 1995 and bid opening will be on or about 12 October 1995. The proposed procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Offers from other than small business concerns are not solicited. The small business size for this procurement is $5.0M.
