S -- PERFORM MONTHLY INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON GOVERNMENT-OWNED COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT Sol 5-SI-20-03570, Due 091295, POC Liz Bartell, Contract Specialist, (916) 979-2177, Cammille Smith, Contractin Officer, (916) 979-2174. The contractor is to provide all labor, materials and miscellaneous parts to perform monthly inspections and maintenance services of Government-owned switches, data line, trunks, key systems, code call systems and all associated telephone equipment installed at Reclamation facilities, Shasta Office (CVP), 14 miles north of Redding, California. Prospective bidder's are required to meet a response time ranging from 2 hours (emergency) to 24 hours (normal) for repairs and adjustments. The initial contract period shall cover a 12 month period (October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996). Contract will include two option periods (12 months each) and Government will determine if option will be exercised. Solicitation will be issued on or about August 11, 1995, and bids will be due approximately 30 days thereafter.
