Transcribe the following medical information computer generated and/or computer formatted reports letter perfect and ready for physicians signatures utilizing computer modem and transmission. (1) 15,000 lines Angiography Examinations within 8 hour turn-around (2) 30,000 lines MRI and Ultrasound within 8 hour turn-around (3) 30,000 lines CAT Scan within 8 hour turn-around (4) 225,000 lines other Radiology Transcription within twenty-four hour turn around. Contract opportunity for base year plus two (2) one year options. Due to Radiology Service incorporating new programs and in order to maximize communication between Contractor and Government, only those offers within the geographic region of California local time zone will be considered.
