The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) is seeking computer software support services, as follows: o maintenance and/or development of FOCUS computer applications in a VAX/VMS environment o development of FOCUS adhoc and user reports o end user FOCUS technical support OTS requires one (1) part-time individual qualified as Senior Computer Programmer/Analyst with the following experience: o DEC VAX cluster o VAX/VMS 5.2 or higher o FOCUS 6.8 or higher in a VAX/VMS environment o minimum 5 years experience developing complex interactive FOCUS systems in a VAX/VMS environment utilizing FOCUS Windows, MODIFY's, CASE logic, COMBINE's, JOIN's, etc. o Developed report systems against Rdb databases o Significant experience in developing multiuser on-line FOCUS systems utilizing the Simultaneous Usage Facility (sink machines) o Experience in developing budget, helpdesk, and user survey systems The task is expected to be for one (1) year and not to exceed 1,000 hours commencing January 01, 1996. Candidate will be expected to work and average of 2.5 days per week. Hourly rates shall be specified in the quotation. Potential candidate will be evaluated on resume, references and cost.
