Pridlides, (305)324-4455x6464, Contracting Officer, Cathy A Pridlides This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate a sole source procurement with Independent Medical Associates of St. Petersburg, Fl. for a 12 month contract to provide custom made CVC kits that meet the guidlines established by the miami, VAMC Environmental & Infection Contreol Committee. The qualifications expected of an offeror is the ability to provide a Multi-Lumen indwelling catheter that provides a fullyimpregnated antiseptic surface treatment equal to or exceeding that of the ''Arrow g+ard Blue Catheter Kit''. Safety features are to include Curved Needle and holder, Dual Purpose Marked Spring Wire Guide with straight soft tip on one end and a J-Tip on the other (these components are to be equalto or exceed that of the ''Arrow Raulerson Introducer Syringe with Arrow Advancer''. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. Offerors who request a copy of the solicitation and/or simply provide a statement that they can provide the required items will not be considered. Responsiblesources may respond by submitting information identifying their capability to supply the items meeting the specified requirements.
