Contractor shall perform all services required including delivery of Government owned equipment, set up, instruction, furnishing supplies, periodic monitoring and furnishing replacement units in case of repair needed for Government owned equipment. The period starts October l, 1995 thru September 30, l996 with an option for two (2) one (1) year option periods. Area involved is Steuben County and surrounding Western New York counties as well as Northeastern Pennsylvania counties.
