Woodard, (216)526-3030x7443 Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, necessary to accomplish the work as stated in the specifications for Project SL93-064, ''Electronic Locks, Pharmacy W/B/C/Y, in the pharmacy areas at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141; 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106, Canton Outpatient Clinic, 221 Third Street, Canton, Ohio 44702; Youngstown Outpatient Clinic, 2031 Belmont Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505. Work includes the installation of electronic access locks and a security system in the pharmacy areas of the Medical Centers and the Outpatient Clinics. A site visit is required at all of the pharmacy areas. The system required shall utilize the Hirsch Electronics M8/M2 Processor or equal brand, in addition to control access equipment. Infrared detectors, glass break detectors and door switches shall be incorporated. Access shall be by personalized and prioritized magnetic card readers. The system shall provide capability for a silent and trouble alarm to the security service for the medical centers and a silent alarm output to a security company for the outpatient clinics. These systems will not be networked. The system shall have a fully addressable operator security level. Specifications available on or before August 11, 1995. Contractor shall provide training as an option. Prospective bidder's primary place of business shall be within a fifty (50) mile radius of the medical center at 10000 Brecksville Road in Brecksville, Ohio.
