Anticipated issue date on/about 15 August 1995 with bid opening on/about 15 September 1995. Pre-bid conference and site visit scheduled on/about 31 August 1995 at 10:00 AM in the 355th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 2525, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. Any interested parties planning on attending the site visit, must contact the administrator at least one (1) day prior to scheduled date. No telephone requests will be accepted. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns pending response to the synopsis. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days from this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting representative above, evidence of adequate bonding capacity, capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, (social identity and percent owned, managed or controlled by a socially or economically disdvantage concern). If this information is not included with your request, you will not be considered as SDB concern, nor will your request be considered in determining whether or not to set this acquisition aside for SDB concern only. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, without further notice.
