Booker USARTC, PN WOR V4-0001703J, Omaha, Nebraska, which includes replacing all exterior windows. New windows shall be aluminum framed with 1'' insulated glazing. (2) Installation: Replace windows at Hasting, Nebraska USAR Center, PN WOR U9-00014-2J, Hasting, Nebraska, which includes replacing all exterior windows. new windows shall be aluminum framed with 1'' insulated glazing. (3) Installation: Repair parking area/stalls, Gen J.C. Fremont, Nebraska, PN WOR U8-000013L, which includes removal of grass and top soil in the area for the concrete slabs are to be installed in the vicinity of the MEP lot. Saw cut the edges and remove the surface of the asphalt in the POV and MEP parking by cold milling. Clean out the cracks and then provide a backfilled material to fill the void below the sealant. Fill the cracks with sealant up to the top of the asphalt surface. Treat the asphalt surface with an oil sealant (tack coat) and the placement of a non-woven geotextile fabric that absorbs the oil sealant to form a permanent uniform moisture barrier. The fabric will reduce the reflective crack in the asphalt overlay that is placed over the fabric. (4) Installation: Replace windows, Gen John J. Pershing USARC, Lincoln, Nebraska, PN WOR V1-0001-3J, which includes replacement of all exterior windows. New windows shall be aluminum framed with 1'' insulated glazing. THIS SOLICITATION IS RESTRICTED TO 100% SMALL DISADVANTAGE BUSINESS (SDB) SET-ASIDE CONCERNS as stated in DFAR 252.219-7000. The small business size standard for SIC Code 1542 is $17 Million in annual receipts. Solicitations will be issued on or about August 18, 1995. Bids will be opened on or about September 18, 1995.
