Services will be obtained for a two (2) month period as part of an assessment of alternatives for improving the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of moving tows through Kentucky Lock. It is TVA's intent to solicit proposals from qualified firms operating in the Kentucky Lock region of the lower Tennessee and Ohio Rivers.
