The Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center intends to enter into a noncompetative acquisition with Canadian Marconi Company for circuit card sets used in the CV-1548 Telephone Converter, a component of the TACSAT terminal AN/TSC-93B. These circuit cards are only known to be available from Canadian Marconi, and the Government does not have the technical data, plans, drawings, or specifications necessary for full and open competition. The data is provided solely for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a basis for preparation of an offer. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 1, 1995 and may include more detailed information concerning preparation of an offer.
