Z -- RENOVATION OF CURATION FACILITY, FORT BLISS, TEXAS SOL DABT51-95-B-0031 due 091495. Contact Manuel C. Pinon, 915/568-5141, Contracting Officer, Melissa A. Ledesma, 915/568-7352. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, material equipment, transportation supervison, and all other essentials necessary for the renovation of the Curation Facility, Fort Bliss, Texas. Work consists of, but is not limited to, interior removal of partition walls, platforms, blackboards, doors and frames, and related electrical and mechanical items. The new work consists of construction of interior partition walls, relocation and installation of exterior windows, new doors and frames, floor finishes, painting of new walls and existing repaired ceilings, and refurbishing of interior and exterior doors. Work also consists of installation of new electrical light fixtures, HVAC system, relocation of existing duct-work, installation of new plumbing fixtures, and disposal of debris. Period of performance is 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 with a size standard of $17.0 million. Request for copies of solicitation must be done in writing. Faxed requests will not be accepted.
