Furnish all labor, materials, service equipment, tools, supervision, bonds, insurance, etc., required to install alarms, manifolds and distribution piping for oxygen, medical air, medical vacuum, evacuation, etc. Systems in an active ten-story hospital. Work includes, but not limited to installation of a multiple riser distribution system for medical gases with remote and local alarms linked with the facility's Johnson's Control Metasys or Honeywell System, demolition of all old and unused medical gas piping, patching walls and floors, and associated mechanical and electrical works. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses and is estimated between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Small Business, Disadvantaged Business and Woman Owned Business subcontracting goals apply. Approximate time for completion: 365 calendar days.
