Scope of work: The work consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to install energy efficient lighting. This includes but is not limited to the following: Remove magnetic ballast and lamps from existing fixtures, clean interior of fixtures, remove existing wall switches where required for installation of sensors and discharge all removed material. Install five thousand three hundred thirteen (5,313) high efficiency T8 electronic ballasts and two (2) high efficiency fluorescent lamps F032T8, or equivalent, with each fixture. Install nine hundred sixty-five (965) wall mounted occupancy sensor switch controls 600 watt or ``Lessper'' sensors. Sensors shall have adjustable delay and manual override. Install five hundred (509) specular reflectors optibrite or equivalent. No Pre Proposal Conference is scheduled. The estimated price range is between $200,000.00 and $250,000.00 with completion required within 21 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
