Contractor must have adequate office and warehouse space and appropriate vehicles located within a proximity of home care patients to be able to respond within four (4) hours in an emergency. Emergency service shall be on a twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week basis. Contract period is from 10/1/95 through 9/30/96, with two (2) one-year options for renewal.
