The Government intends to negotiate with only Tracor Aerospace, Inc., 6500 Tracor Lane, Austin, TX under the authority of a delivery order(s) to an existing basic ordering agreement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the Government, including those annotated herein, and which are received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Numbered Note 22 applies. (0213)
