The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to provide a locker facility, work includes footing excavation and minor earthwork, concrete foundation and floor slab, concrete masonry, wood roof and floor framing, prefinished standing seam metal roof and siding, built-up roof, field painting, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and incidental related work. Estimated range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million. Contract duration period is 360 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
