Wilson, (216)838-6091 Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, etc., necessary to accomplish the work indicated on the working drawings and as stated in the specs or reasonably implied for the Project No. 95-1220, ''TB Isolation Rooms (W),'' at the VA Med Ctr (Wade Park Unit), 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106. Work includes but is not limited to the demolition of ceilings, walls, partitions, and other items. Installation of temporary partitions, all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general trades work necessary for new ''TB Isolation Rooms.'' This project requires work to be performed in multiple phases and after normal business hours. Project must be completed in accordance with VA specs and drawings and with the VA, OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and JCAHO requirements. Bidder must visit job site and verify all existing conditions, conduct all necessary surveys, and make all measurements to establish the extent and complexity of the work. Bid opening at 11:00 AM (EST), 9-15-95. Plans and specifications will be available on or about Aug 15, 1995.
