since 1990, as the main contractor -- manufactured and constructed the
main portion of sludge incinerator, including its main structure, of
at least 30 wet tons/day/Unit at a Sewage final treatment facility.
Note: only Construction projects in which bidders have had a 20 percent
or greater share are eligible for consideration; 6) firms that can
assign, during the on- site Construction period, a full-time chief
engineer or engineering supervisor who has, since 1985, had experience
with a Project as described in item (5) above; 7) firms that can
assign a design engineer (to check plant design and equipment
authorization) who has, since 1985, had experience with a Project as
described in item (5) above; 8) firms not currently suspended from
designation by the Japan Sewage Works Agency; and 9) firms not related
by capital or personnel to the contractors involved in this Project.
