ATCOM proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis the overhaul/repair of a minimum quantity of 200 each to a maximum quantity of 788 each (includes FMS quantity of 38 each) AH-64 Axial Pumps. Input/Output NSN and P/N are: 4320-01-158-0893/63159-01. The Government does not possess a DMWR for this acquisition to permit full and open competition. This acquisition is restricted to Abex, 2220 Palmer Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49001-4165 or McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85205-9797. These are the only contractors who possess the necessary technical data, skilled personnel, special tooling and test equipment to overhaul/repair the AH-64 Axial Pump. See Numbered Note(s): 23.
