The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facilities to be constructed in Milford, NY 13807. All sites within the preferred area will be considered; however, sites offered within the following boundaries will receive priority consideration: Within the village limits on Route 28. Space requirements are approximately 3,169 net interior sq. ft; 20,466 sq. ft. driveway, parking and maneuvering area; and 41,356 sq. ft. total developable site less setbacks. The lease term is for a base of twenty years with four five-year renewal options.
