Postal Service is soliciting contractors for the removal and replacement of asphalt paving and new concrete walks and curbs at the subject facility. The U. S. Postal Service intends to award a contract, subject to funding, to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Postal Service. The construction cost range is $215,000.00 to $235,000.00. Evaluation factors in addition to price to be considered are as follows: (1) Paving experience; (2) Financial stability; (3) Owners references, and; (4) Schedule. Plans and speci- fication will be available on or about August 4, 1995. Plans and speci- fication will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $10.00.
