to provide complete and ready for use water storage tank 820 by
providing repair to the existing tank. The repair work included but is
not limited to the following: tank repair, demolition of existing tank
roof and top portion of shell, demolition of piping, demolition of
cathodic protection system, lead paint removal, new piping and valves,
new tank roof and top portion of tank shell, new interior cathodic
protection system, new electrical, new concrete supports, new painting,
and incidental related work. Additive Bid #1 is to provide new exterior
cathodic protection system. --Cost range is between $250,000.00 and
$500,000.00--This is a firm fixed price contract.--Period of
performance is 270 calendar days. --This is not set aside for small
business concerns.--Plans and specifications will be available on or
about 16 August 1995--No charge for first bid package--Bid opening date
