The project consists of furnishing manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the Battery Room Upgrade. The work includes demolition, concrete, painting, plumbing, chemical resistant composition, coating, battery charger racks, pneumatic trolley hoist, electrical, etc. The work must be performed in a manner to minimize impact on U. S. Postal Service operations. This scope of work is further defined by the plans and specifications of the contract documents. A Pre-proposal Conference is required and scheduled for August 15, 1995, for 10:00 A.M., 715 N. W. Hoyt Street, Portland, OR 97208-9998. The attendee will meet at the main entrance to the Customer Lobby. The estimated cost range is between $130,000 and $150,000.
