The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a battery charging room expansion, adjacent and attached to the existing building (see plans and specifications). Building expansion to be approximately 716 sq. ft., one-story, type Vn construction, B-2 occupancy and battery charging uses. Scope of work includes related site work, electrical and mechanical work as defined in the contract documents. The estimated cost range is between $155,000 and $170,000, with a construction completion date of 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
