DISTRICT IS CURRENTLY ENGAGED IN NEGOTIATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT UNDER
THE 8(a) PROGRAM. THIS PROJECT WILL BE ISSUED ONLY IF NEGOTIATIONS ARE
UNSUCCESSFUL. Description of Work: The construction of a sensitive
intelligence compound to house the Tactical Exploitation of National
Capabilities Program (TENCAP) systems for the XVIII Airborne Corps.
Primary facilities consist of an operations and maintenance facility,
concrete pads for TENCAP vans, an antenna, and a sentry station. The
building includes operations areas, a classroom, army maintenance and
electronic workshop, contractor support areas, and a frame room to
terminate red/black communications. Support facilities include
utilities, fire protection and alarm systems, parking, fencing, paving,
sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drainage, information systems and
other site improvements. Network Analysis System will be required.
Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Cost
of solicitation documents is $30. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
Solicitation documents will be available August 17, 1995 (approx.). In
order to receive docuiments in a timely manner, requests should be
received by August 7, 1995. This solicitation is issued on an
unrestricted basis pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development
Reform Act of 1988'' (Public Law 100-656). Only written requests for
