This is a synopsis of intent to place an order for services through the avenue most advantageous to the Government including possible use of the GSA Contract pricing for FY 96 as GSA Contract(s) become available. Contract may not be awarded until such time as FY 96 funds are available and authorized for this specific requirement. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If such solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
