This subscription is for online electronic retrieval from databases which give full text access to legal information (LEXIS) and news from over 140 national and international publications and wire services (NEXIS). The service period will be from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. All responsible sources may respond, and vendors offering identical or equivalent services must provide written responses that should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. A detailed response should be received within thirty (30) calendar days after the publication of this synopsis to the affect that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government, an Inter-Agency Agreement with the Library Congress will be executed for services with LEXIS/NEXIS. No contract award will be made on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted.
