This contract action is for negotiation of a basic agreement (B.A.) for Maintenance of Consolidated Automated Support Systems. The basic agreement will be negotiated on a firm fixed price basis with Lockheed Martin of Orlando, Florida and will include the terms and conditions, and prices to be utilized by the Navy and other TPS suppliers in future contracts referencing this B.A. This agreement will be in effect for three years. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
