The FAA Technical Center intends to issue a Purchase Order to Finnigan Corporation, Northeast Regional Office,8 Bridge Street, Bldg. C, Metuchen, NJ 08840. For the Field Service of Finnigan Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer TSQ 700 and Varian Gas Chromatograph. The contractor must be able to service both instruments, the interfaces, and the computer system. Contractor is required to bring an existing three year old intrument up to current specifications by field inspection, appropriate, electronic boards, and complete the installation of the total instrument. Requests for field service must have engineer on site within 72 hours, with express delivery of required parts. The following items are also required: unlimited exchange of parts when necessary, free delivery of exchange parts to and from FAA facility, free telephone respons within two hours of call, multiple engineers in the service area to ensure prompt response. The contractor must use genuine replacement parts as would normally be supplied by the Finnigan Corporation, no substitutes .
