Work also consists of site prep for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, foundation work and concrete floor/pad and electric lights. All work shall be in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. A $50.00 refundable deposit is required with written request and check made payable to Department of Veterans Affairs on a first-come first-serve basis until supply is exhausted.
