Work includes, but not limied to, providing all labor, equipment and testing necessary to paint interior and exterior finishs, chemically clean efflorescence brick, removal and replacement of roof system, HVAC system, light fixtures, fire, alarm system, power wiring for new systems and equipment, and interior finishes, including suspended ceiling systgem, doors, drywall, carpeting, vinyl floor tile, signage and associated work. Perform work under a single lump sum firm fixed-price contract. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract documents and specifications. Solicitation package available o/a 18 Aug 95. The performance period is 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Government requires a 60-day bid acceptance priod.
