Description of Work: For 45 barracks, replace oil fired hot water boilers and water heaters with natural gas equipment. Remove asbestos-containing material. Repair chimneys; remove underground oil storage tanks. In five buildings, demolish steam heating system and replace with new gas equipment, including main gas line. In two chapels, replace HVAC systems in mechanical rooms and abate asbestos-containing material. In one building, replace HVAC system, including chiller, air handling units, controls, and piping. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Cost of solicitation documents is $50. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
