Z -- ALTER/REPAIR BUILT-UP ROOFS AT SCOTT AFB IL SOL F11623-95-B0045 DUE 090795 POC LIZ WOOLSEY, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 618-256-1500, Ext 239. Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, service and supervision to replace Built-up roofs on various buildings with complete Modified Bitumen Roof Systems at Scott AFB, IL. The principle items of work shall include, but are not limited to the following: removal of existing flashings, membrane, insulation, properly disposing of asbestos based roofing material, preparation and cleaning of surface, replace any faulty decking, temporarily disconnecting or moving roof-top equipment, installation of new modified bitumen roofing systems, replacement of existing mansard roof framing, decking and installation of new sheet metal work, gutters and downspouts. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for basic year. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The Government intends to award an IDIQ type contract with two option years. Only written requests will be accepted; telephone requests will not be honored.
