Project shall include, but not be limited to, the construction of a new, ninety (90) feet long brick/concrete screening wall and concrete ``finger'' loading dock addition (approximately 1,400 square feet) and canopy, as a projection off the end of the existing loading dock. In order to accomplish this work, approximately 300 square feet of the existing dock will be demolished. The existing canopy roof will be removed (approximately 1,300 square feet - tested negative for asbestos) and replaced with fully adhered, single membrane roofing. Cost is estimated between $100,000 and $300,000 and construction time is 240 days. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 7, 1994 at 10:00 a.m. at the Main Post Office, Easton, PA, 2nd and Perry Streets. Award will be based on a proposal considered most advantageous to the United States Postal Service.
