Dawson (502)798-7828 (Site Code DAKF23) Provide all materials, labor and equipment to place a clay and topsoil cap over the existing sanitary landfill located on Woodlawn Road. Clay and topsoil shall be imported from off the government installation and compacted over the existing landfill. Construct drainage structures, sedimentation ponds, and roadways. Install erosion control methods such as rip-rap, complete seeding, fertilizing and mulching of all disturbed areas. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The 24 inch clay cap must be in place within the first 90 calendar days of the contract performance period. Project range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SIC is 1629. For purposes of determining small business size standard, a small business is one, including its affiliates, whose average annual gross receipts over the preceeding three fiscal years does not exceed $17 million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Test Program; therefore, this acquisition is unrestricted.
