Contractor shall completely prepare site for building including demolition and removal of existing structures; and perform work as required by drawings and specifications at the VA Medical Center, San Francisco. Work will include: excavations, form work, rebar installation, concrete work, erection of metal frames, roof frames, metal deck, and built-up roof, insulation, gypsum wall board, electrical exhaust fan(s), fire sprinklers, stucco exterior wall and paint interior wall to match. This solicitation is unrestricted and availabvle for full and open competition. The SIC code is 1541, size $17.0 million. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
