The work shall include resurfacing and modifications to all existing streets and parking areas within Magda Village. Existing curbs will be replaced, underground storm drainage will be provided, and a new sidewalk system will be constructed throughout the community. Existing concrete lined drainage ditches will be removed and replaced with underground pipes. Additional minor work will include enlargements of the front porch for each of the housing units. There is $75.00 (Non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund. (Cash and personal checks will not be acccepted.) Plans and specifications will be availble 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and until supplies are exhausted.
