Solicitation: The Iowa National Guard wishes to contract for constructing the Munitions Maintenance and Storage Complex. The project will be located at the Iowa Air National Guard Base, Des Moines, International Airport, Des Moines, Iowa. The work consists of, but is not limited to, constructing a 3,500 square foot administration facility, munitions maintenance facility, segregated magazine and igloo storage facilities, concrete pad, and alterations of a trailer facility. The work also includes site work, road construction, masonry, fencing, iron work, carpentry, plumbing, utilites, HVAC systems, and demolition of existing buildings.
