Description of Work: (1) BASE BID - Repair Water Control Structure, Lake Lindsay: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation, and perform all work necessary to demolish the existing outlet structure, construct a new structure, piping, stilling basin and rip rap emergency spillway, construct dam to sections shown on the plans, install permanent piezometers, grade and seed site, construct boat ramp and pier, and construct gravel roads in strict compliance with technical provisions and all other terms. (292,000; 270 days) (2) OPTION NO. 1 - Remove Sedimentation, McFayden Pond: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation, and perform all work necessary to repair concrete outlet structure, concrete channel and spillway, remove all sediment in the lake and upstream sediment basins, and erosion control measures. Some sediment contains petroleum products. (807,100; 360 days) (3) OPTION NO. 2 - Repair Water Control Structure, Lake Hurley: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation, and perform all work necessary to demolish the existing outlet structure, construct a new intake structure and piping, construct dam to sections shown on the plans, install permanent piezometers, grade and seed the site, construct boat ramp, and construct toe drain as shown, in strict compliance with the technical provisions and all other terms. (163,000; 270 days) (4) OPTION NO. 3 - Repair Water Control Structure, Lake Hutaff: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation, and perform all work necessary to demolish the existing outlet structure, construct a new intake structure and piping, construct dam to sections shown on the plans, install permanent piezometers, grade and seed the site, construct boat ramp, and remove sediment as shown, in strict compliance with the technical provisions and all other terms. (406,000; 270 days). Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Cost of solicitation documents is $25.
