The Navy intends to contract for Services required to support the Naval Satellite Operations Center (NAVSOC), Point Mugu, CA. This support requires twenty-four hour, seven day a week technical support. This support encompasses mission documentation, training, on-orbit performance evaluation, technical assistance, anomaly analysis, anomaly resolution and ground segment support for navy satellites. The services will provide orbital and ground operations support for UHF Follow-On (UFO) Communication Satellites and Fleet Satellite (FLTSAT) Communication Satellites. In addition, orbital support for GEOSAT Follow-On (GFO) and other satellite constellations may be provided. This procurement will be for a base year, with options for four additional years. The estimated level of effort is as follows: base year 52,350 hours, option year one 55,800 hours, option year two 76,300 hours, option year three 76,800 hours and option year four: 77,300 hours.
