Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with American Sterilizer Company, 1210 E. Campbell Road, Suite 100, Richardson, TX 75081 to provide preventive maintenance and repair service to include monthly inspections on an AMSCO Gas Chromatograph, model GC301 located at the Dallas Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and an Eagle ETO sterilizer and a GP Steam 24x36x48 located at the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 E. Ninth St., Bonham, TX 75418. The period covered will be on or about October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with two options to renew for a period of one year each. All interested parties capable of providing this service are invited to submit a request in writing for this package no later than 8/17/95. Telephone requests will not be honored.
