The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention contemplates procuring vessel inspection services, encompassing various locations throughout the coastal United States, on an as needed basis, for rodent infestation and issue Deratting/Deratting Exemption Certificates on Government issued forms. Minimum vendor experience; (1) licensed pest control operator, and/or (2) one year experience in vessel rodent infestation inspection. The period of performance is one year from award date. Multiple awards are anticipated through Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). Payment will be made through Government Visa Credit Card Program or normal Government payment process. This procurement has been set-aside for small businesses. SIC code 7342 has been assigned. Contractor should indicate whether they are small, woman-owned, disadvantaged or 8(a) businesses.
