In acordance with Far 6.301-1, the Health Care Financing Administration intends to modify Contract No. 500-92-0049 with Mathematica Policy Research for Evaluation of the Demonstration for improving Acess to Care for Pregnant Substance Abusers. This modification is required in order to have the contractor convene a technical assistance conference enabling the demonstration sites to enhance their technical expertise. No RFP is available.
